Workout: 10k runner Week 5, Day 3

Morgenmad: 300 gr skyr, 150gr bøf (rester)

Middagsmad: 1 stk rugbrød, 1 stk fødelsdagskage fra kollega (ja kage!)

Aftensmad: 350 gram af Mettes hjemmelavede sunde grøntsagslasagne uden becamel sovs.
